How much does it cost to ship my order?

Once you have selected your preferred shipping option and submitted your order, there will be affixed flat rate that will be added to your order before payment.

Australia (AUS Post) - $9.95 standard postage and $12.95 express. (Orders over $75 will get free shipping)

International post (DHL) - $15 standard postage.

(Printful (USA, EUROPE AND AUSTRALIA WAREHOUSE)

 International standard shipping - $10 to $19 depending on product(s).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Goods will be dispatched within 1-3 business day(s) of an order being received and fulfilled. The time your order takes to reach you depends upon the shipping method you select.

Ogo Print On Demand & Vilatize Productions:

To Australia:

Standard Mail Delivery (AusPost) - 8-15 business days to most metro areas in Australia and 8-20 business days to non-metro areas in Australia.

Estimated time includes production + delivery.

Includes tracking on all parcels.

Express Post (AusPost) - 6-15 business days to most metro areas in Australia and 6-20 business days to non-metro areas in Australia.

Estimated time includes production + delivery.

Includes tracking on all parcels.

Printful (USA & EUROPE):

Standard postage International - 5-20 days after your order has been fulfilled

Printful (AUSTRALIAN WAREHOUSE):

 Standard/Express to Australia - 2-14 days after your order has been fulfilled 

REST OF WORLD

Ogo Merchandise:

International Post (DHL) -  2-4 weeks to major partners (USA, UK, New Zealand) and 2-8 weeks to most other countries

Estimated time includes production + delivery

DHL eCommerce Global Mail service provides basic tracking on request. May not have local country tracking in some countries.

Printful (USA & EUROPE):

Standard postage - 5-20 days after your order has been fulfilled

Please note:

Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your postal service, which will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices. Efficiency varies depending on the destination country - sometimes delivery can be very quick, sometimes less so.

International Customs can also hold up a package, sometimes for no apparent reason, and in these cases there's not a lot we can do to speed things up.

Currently Vilatize Productions does not ship outside of Australia.
